REHAB & RECOVERY
This session is customized to provide relief from chronic pain, muscle spasms, and target specific isssues such as carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfer's elbow, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, hip pain or sciatica.
Various modalities are incorporated to provide effective results. These modalities may include cupping therapy, stretching, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, & Kinesiotaping.
SWEDISH
A relaxing treatment with light to moderate pressure. This therapy focuses on improving circulation,
relieving general muscle tension and reducing mental fatigue and stress.
PRENATAL/POSTPARTUM
Trained in Nurturing the Mother massage technique. This massage is specifically designed to target the areas that experience the aches and pains of pregnancy, such as the back, hips, feet.
